What is Energy Healing and how can it help you?

Energy Healing is a holistic practice that involves working with the energy of the body and the energy fields of a person to promote healing. Disruptions in the energy field and body can lead to physical, emotional and spiritual issues. Energy healing techniques aim to restore balance and harmony in the body using various methods such as touch and Reiki, pendulum work, intention, visualisation, and meditation. Working with the energy field and the different levels of the body can facilitate the body’s natural healing processes and promote relaxation, reduce stress, alleviate pain and enhance overall wellbeing.

There are many energy healing practices. Most of them include Reiki, Qigong, therapeutic touch and pendulum work. Many people report a feeling of relaxation and improved wellbeing after receiving a treatment.

As I have been training in different modalities such as Shamanic studies, Reiki, Hypnotherapy and many more my energy healing sessions will involve the following:

Reiki:

Reiki is a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It is based on the idea that a universal life force energy, also known as ki or qi, flows through all living things and can be channelled by a trained practitioner to promote healing and balance. The practitioner then focuses on channelling the energy to the recipient, with the intention of promoting relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety, and supporting the body's natural healing processes

Pendulum dowsing:

Pendulum dowsing is a technique that involves a pendulum to answer yes or no questions and to also get information. Pendulum dowsing is often used in energy healing and spiritual practices. It can be a useful tool to gain insight, clarity and guidance in various aspects of life. It can also help with clearing emotions, stagnant energy and balancing chakras.

Chakra balancing:

Chakra balancing is a holistic approach to wellness that involves aligning the seven energy centres in the body. The seven chakras are located along the spine, starting at the base and going up to the crown of the head. According to the traditional Indian system of Ayurveda and yoga, each chakra corresponds to different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our being. When a chakra is blocked or out of balance, it can cause physical or emotional symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, fatigue, or physical pain.

Hypno Meditation:

This is a guided meditation where you focus your attention on a particular issue or illness while being under a hypnotic state of consciousness. This can bring awareness to any areas of tension or blockages and allow it to shift and process. This can also be very helpful with processing emotions.

How can energy healing help you?

Energy healing is based on the idea that everything in the universe is made up of energy, and that imbalances or blockages in our energy fields can lead to physical, emotional, and spiritual problems.

Energy healing techniques can help people in several ways:

1) Reducing stress and promoting relaxation: Energy healing can help to calm the mind and reduce stress and anxiety, which in turn can help to improve mood, sleep, and overall well-being.

2) Boosting the immune system: Energy healing can help to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, including the immune system, which can help to prevent and fight off illness and disease.

3) Reducing pain and inflammation: Energy healing can help to alleviate pain and inflammation by promoting circulation, reducing tension and stress, and releasing blockages in the energy fields.

4) Balancing emotions: Energy healing can help to release negative emotions, such as anger, fear, and sadness, and promote feelings of peace, joy, and happiness.

5) Enhancing spiritual growth: Energy healing can help to deepen our connection to ourselves, others, and the universe, and promote spiritual growth and enlightenment.

Overall, energy healing is a powerful tool for promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being, and can be used in conjunction with other forms of medical and therapeutic treatment.
