What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is simply a state of trance where we can explore your memories and beliefs on a deep level and can start the healing process in a very safe and supported way. All your memories are stored within you and they form your belief system, which is a large part of who you are today.

During a hypnotherapy session, you will be safely guided into your subconscious using relaxation techniques. Once you are ready to allow access to your subconscious we will then travel to the point in time where the issues and beliefs began.
Although under a trance, you will be fully aware of what is happening. As a therapist, I will hold you safely throughout what may emerge, whilst it may be emotionally hard at times, you will not be harmed in any way and the rewards can be life-changing.

Is Hypnotherapy For Me?
It is important that you understand the limitations of hypnotherapy before you book a session.
Therefore, before you book please answer these three questions.
1. Are you booking a hypnotherapy session to try and cure anxiety, depression or an addiciton?
2. Do you feel like there is some past trauma holding you back from living your best life?
3. Are you currently suicidal or feel like something is pushing you towards suicide?
If you have answered yes to either of these questions then hypnotherapy may be an excellent complementary therapy for you however, it should not be your only form of treatment.
