Here's How Hypnotherapy Helped My Anxiety (and it can help yours too)

Hypnotherapy is great for many issues in life. One of the biggest issues is Anxiety. Anxiety is very common these days and yet in our society it is still not much spoken about. Some doctors even prescribe medication straight away and hope that they never have to deal with it again.

I never knew what anxiety was until someone put that name to the feeling after I described it as really unpleasant, nagging and pumping my chest. And then it hit me. This feeling is so familiar and has been part of my life for very long. But it never had a name. Now it has this name - Anxiety. What does it mean? How could I have had this feeling and didn't know what it was?

So I went on a exploration on how to clear myself from this. And I found hypnotherapy. It helped me clear it within one session. It was gone. My chest was so much lighter and although I still had some anxiety around other matters this big something that was controlling my life was gone. That's when I decided to become a hypnotherapist.

Now don't get me wrong. I still have anxiety around many things. Anxiety is a very important feeling in our bodies. It tells us when it is important to survive. But these days we are not running from a tiger to survive so we have adapted this feeling of anxiety to this modern world and it has become huge in society.

I am very proud to say that my controlling anxiety has gone but my survival anxiety is still there.

So if you have anxiety that is over the top. Try hypnotherapy or try another modality that works for you. You don't have to live with it. You can heal it and live a happier and healthier life.
