5 week Transformational Qi Gong Journey

Qi Gong is a holistic self-healing practice based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been practiced for millennia.  Qi Gong assists with vitality and overall health by balancing the body’s life force energy, called “qi”, to improve energy flow and maintain harmony within the mind, body and spirit.  Qi Gong activates the body's natural healing abilities through gentle, intentional and repetitive movement, breath, and focus. There are many benefits of Qi Gong, including improved physical and mental well-being, enhanced focus, and emotional regulation, and can assist with conditions like fatigue, anxiety, and chronic pain.

 Qi Gong influences “qi” life force energy in the body.  Qi flows along meridians, or energy channels, of the body.  This invisible network of channels is also affected in modalities like acupuncture. Disruptions in this flow can be caused by stress and tension, including lack of sleep, and non-beneficial lifestyle choices, resulting in disharmony, ill-ease or dis-ease. Regular practice of Qi Gong assists with harmonizing life force flow for improved health and well-being.
