Reiki as a daily spiritual practice is overcoming mind's thoughts and habits. The energy can guide you on your path and can balance you emotionally, physically and spiritually. This happens by practicing Reiki on a daily level including daily meditations and other techniques which can help you keep a clear mind throughout the day. The daily practice is for the cultivation of the energy within the body. From this cultivation of energy you are able to offer this energy to others.
Shoden I - Beginner Teachings

In this course your awareness and feeling for the Reiki energy is being developed and cultivated. You will learn how the energy works and how you can offer Reiki to your family and friends.

Okuden II - Hidden Teachings
​
In this Course you will delve deeper into the Reiki teaching, the hidden teachings within you. This course will deepen your practice of Reiki. A minimum of 2 month Reiki practice are required between level 1 and 2. This course will qualify you to become a professional Reiki practitioner if you choose. During this course we tap into ourselves and unlock the hidden wisdom from within that will help us heal and grow. This course is to deepen your practice and it is the minimum requirement to be working as a professional Reiki Practitioner.
